About Charlie Dye
My journey in the automotive industry began in the UK as a technician, working on all makes and models before specializing in BMW/MINI. I’ve lived the realities of the shop floor, the service counter, and the manager’s office—which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges service teams face every day. Those experiences shaped my commitment to helping others build stronger, more efficient, and more rewarding service departments.
After moving to Canada in 2019, I continued to grow in leadership roles, serving as a service manager, fixed operations director, and later a coach and trainer for one of the top consulting companies in the U.S. During that time, I discovered not only a passion for leadership development, but a growing demand for practical, skills-based training that truly strengthens fixed operations teams.
That passion led me to launch C Dye Coaching & Training, where I now focus on delivering hands-on, results-driven training programs that elevate advisor performance, strengthen leadership, and improve customer experience. My approach is grounded in real-world experience, clear processes, and personalized support designed to help dealerships run stronger and more profitably.
In 2025, I expanded my involvement in the industry by founding Fixion Automotive Inc., where I serve as President. That same year, Fixion Automotive acquired its first repair shop in Penticton, BC—a major step that allows me to apply, refine, and test the very systems and training methods I teach, directly within an operating automotive business. This real-world insight ensures the strategies I bring to clients are practical, current, and built to generate real results.
